With the goal to train future beauty professionals in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Dept. of Beauty Hair Design began in 1997 as the Dept. of Skincare and has been playing a leading role in beauty ever since. It was reorganized into the Dept. of Beauty Hair Design to integrate makeup, nail art, and hair design. It focuses on field-oriented job training based on the NCS, and aims for four educational goals: field-based specialized human resources, global leaders, professionals with intelligence, and a field-mirroring educational environment. It currently cultivates creative and enterprising professionals in the beauty industry with various core competency programs and character education, practical skill training with a fieldmirroring practice room with advanced facilities, and a specialized education program for global work processes (Pivot Point). The Dept. of Beauty Hair Design has the best educational program and practice labs for the major, and strives to nurture global beauty experts with the school’s utmost support and the best faculty.
