The Dept. of Hotel Culinary Art aims to train the best competitive cooks by offering expert knowledge and skilled cooking techniques that hotels and the F&B industry require. It trains global cooking experts with realistic field training based on a CNS curriculum and overseas training, and produces Korea’s top cooks with the best facilities and practical guidance of professors with long field experience in different areas. It develops the human resources that society needs with different character education and 1:1 guidance counseling, and students’ abilities are acknowledged by many hotels and F&B businesses.
